Description
DC’s Stargirl follows Courtney Whitmore (Brec Bassinger), a bright high school student who’s taken on the legacy of the legendary Starman to become the leader of a new generation of superheroes – the young Justice Society of America: Yolanda Montez/Wildcat (Yvette Monreal), Beth Chapel/Dr. Mid-Nite (Anjelika Washington) and Rick Tyler/Hourman (Cameron Gellman). With the help of her stepfather, Pat Dugan (Luke Wilson), Courtney fought the Injustice Society of America and now shines as a strong, capable, young woman who defied the odds to achieve the most impressive of feats… saving the world! In the soaring second season, Courtney and her JSA friends take on two of the most frightening adversaries in DC mythology – the dark entity of corruption and vengeance, known as Eclipso (Nick Tarabay); and the powerful immortal villain, The Shade (Jonathan Cake), who worked against the original JSA years before.
