Description
Having traversed some of the best European culinary capitals on offer, there is a gastronomical gem that remains unexplored by our troublesome trio.
This time, Gordon, Gino and Fred are heading to Spain to immerse themselves in the very best culture and cuisine on offer. First stop is sunny Andalusia, for seafood and tasting tapas in Malaga, then heading to ancient town Ronda where Gino will be making a meal out of a paella pitstop. And onto Jerez for sherry, whilst seeing if they’ve got the Flamenco flair. Then it’s on to the rugged north-west, Galicia for shellfish in Cambados with some truly inspirational women, then winemaking in Ribeira Sacra. Finally finishing their culinary pilgrimage in the Celtic capital Santiago de Compostela.
