Description
Benjie returns from the Civil War to an unwelcome homecoming fueled by racism and the fact that he fought for the Union. Neal McMasters, the rancher that raised him offers him a share in his land. Benjie also offers aid to starving natives and ends up marrying one. Ex-Confedrate soldier Colby’s hatred starts a new race war between them all.
