Description
Based on a true story, Papillon is the story of a falsely convicted prisoner, Henri Charriere, who is sentenced to 30 years in a remote prison for petty theft. Desperate to get out, he goes to incredible lengths to escape the inescapable prison aptly named Devil’s Island. Helping him attempt to make his big break is an infamous convicted con artist named Louis Dega. Louis agrees to help Henri out financially during their escape in exchange for Henri’s protection and fighting skills. The duo runs into danger around every corner as they seek their freedom together.
